Founded in 2001 by Roger Raimondi, our brokerage firm Hestia Finances Investissements is your point of reference for obtaining expert advice on financing for your projects.
Our team of 7 trilingual brokers welcomes you to our agency located near the city centre of Nice, to discuss your application for a mortgage or a business loan.

A graduate of the Institut Commercial de Nancy business school and regional director of the European Private Bank for 20 years, Roger Raimondi created Hestia Finances Investissements in 2001 in order to offer the best combination of financial expertise and hands-on consulting.
Trilingual (French/English/Italian), he specializes in financing for non-residents, business operations and town planning projects.

With a university diploma (DUT) in marketing techniques, Grégory Raimondi joined the Century 21 group – the leading network of real estate agencies in the world – in 2005, moving to the Nice Properties group in 2007 to focus on high-end real estate.
Grégory now practices as a residential mobility consultant. He is also affiliated with French Riviera Investissements, a real estate subsidiary of Hestia Finances.

With a university diploma (DUT) in marketing techniques, Thierry Raimondi cut his teeth on American marketing methods, real estate finance and asset management in New York. He started in real estate in 2005 in the No. 1 network of real estate agencies in the world and joined the Nice Properties group for 5 years.
A specialist in high-end real estate, he now practices as a residential mobility consultant. He is also affiliated with French Riviera Investissements, a real estate subsidiary of Hestia Finances, where he specializes in the restructuring of apartments and villas.
